The CrossFit Open is a global fitness competition that kicks off the CrossFit season and welcomes athletes of all levels to test their fitness with three unique workouts released over three weeks.

At Iron Muscle, we celebrate the Open with Friday Night Lights—an electric community event where we cheer each other on, hit the workout Friday night, and create unforgettable memories.

It’s not just about the scores—it’s about showing up, pushing your limits, and having a blast with your gym family.
